Breath Work

Breathwork is a series of controlled breathing exercises that enhance mental, emotional, and physical well-being by promoting relaxation and reducing stress.

Working with Stella opened my eyes to so many pieces of my life that needed reassessment. She helped me realize what parts of my life need focus and gave me the tools to accomplish that. Before my energy healing session with Stella, I had a lot of pressure on my chest due to my anxiety and just felt like my mind was overthinking a lot. However during my session I felt comfortable and warm, and I could even feel the negative energy leaving my body. I felt so much clarity and peace after my session even the pressure on my chest was released. I felt in the present moment. In the following days, I was very calm and focused on my work. As someone who struggles with obsessive intrusive thoughts.ould allow myself to get lost in my mind and therefor not be in touch with my body and soul. Hence causing me to have anxiety attacks. She taught me that I am the one in control and that I have the power to snap myself back into reality when my mind does begin to wander. Once you begin to practice this technique, you immediately realize just how much impact your mind has on your body and soul, and that if your mind is not in touch with your reality you begin to neglect your body and soul. I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist. Stella at Self-Love harbor helped me so much and I am very grateful for her.
